We are seeking experienced Complex Care Lead Nurses (CCLNs) in Oncology, Medical General Pediatrics, Surgical, Medical Cardiology, OR and PACU, ICU and General Medical/Surgical to join the Saudi Aramco Medical Services Organization (SAMSO), based in either our main facility in Dhahran, or in al-Hasa Health Center, one of our district facilities.
CCLNs are expected to work a combination of a 12 hour shift schedule and regular working hours.
You must have successfully completed the 3 year Registered Nurse Training Certification and a 1 year post-registration specialty training program for the assigned specialty; or a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized and approved program.
In addition to the above, you must have completed a recognized teaching (minimum 6 months) post-graduate course or a master’s degree in Nursing with the associated specialty.
As the successful candidate you will hold current licensure as a professional Registered Nurse.
You will have 9 years clinical nursing experience with 3 years in your specialty, and possess clinical knowledge and expertise in your field.
It is paramount that you have experience of working in a multicultural environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Areas of responsibility are related to the clinical care aspects of planning, organizing and delivering patient care.
You will be considered a designated expert in your area of practice, providing optimal clinical care to patients with your area of practice, during a 24 hour period.
In addition, you may assume a coaching and consulting role in clinical care for your peers.
You will perform case management, and discharge planning and utilization reviews.
It is a requirement that you have professional experience with demonstrated competency in clinical management and leadership skills.
You will have a thorough understanding of Research and Evidence Based Practice and are knowledgeable in Management of Change, Quality Improvement and Risk Management.
