Full-Time Driver (Riyadh)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Type: Full-Time

Accommodation & Commute: Non-live-in. Daily commute must be managed by the driver.

Vehicle Policy: Strict professional use only. No personal use or overnight home parking allowed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Transportation: Provide safe and punctual transportation for company executives, employees, and business partners for daily commutes, business meetings, and airport transfers.
  • Project Site Travels: Accompany staff to out-of-town project sites as required by business needs. All site trips are same-day return; no overnight stay is involved.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the company vehicle in clean and optimal condition. Oversee fueling, scheduled maintenance, and vehicle inspection (Fahas) coordination.
  • Strict Vehicle Compliance: The company vehicle is strictly for official duties during working hours. It must be parked at the designated company parking lot after work and cannot be driven home or used for personal matters.

Job Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English to handle daily communication and business coordination seamlessly.
  • Visa/Status: Must possess a valid, transferable or independent Saudi Residence Permit (Iqama). The company will not provide visa sponsorship or Iqama transfer for this position.
  • License: Must hold a valid Saudi Driving License with excellent driving skills on both city roads and highways.
  • Commute: Non-live-in position. The driver must arrange their own transport to and from the company office/parking lot daily and ensure punctuality.
  • Experience: Proven driving experience within Riyadh and connecting highways. Proficiency in using GPS navigation tools (e.g., Google Maps) is mandatory.
  • Attributes: Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and confidentiality. Physically fit for long-duration driving within a single day. Clean driving and criminal record.

Compensation & Financial Liabilities

  • Salary: Negotiable (Commensurate with experience and interview evaluation).
  • Overtime: Overtime allowance will be paid according to company policy if working hours exceed standard limits due to project site trips or late duties.
  • Official Expenses: Fuel, toll fees, and public parking costs incurred during official duties will be fully covered/reimbursed by the company.
  • Traffic Violations: Any traffic fines (Saher) caused by the driver's negligence, speeding, illegal parking, or violations of traffic laws during working hours shall be fully borne by the driver.
