Job Summary

To assist in the assembly process of insulated panels and components, supporting skilled labour and machine operators in achieving quality standards. This role involves material handling, basic assembly tasks, and adherence to safety protocols to ensure efficient production of CGS Projects.

Key Responsibilities

Executive / Technical Tasks

  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize materials for assembly operations.
  • Basic Assembly Support: Sort, align, and pre-position parts to assist skilled workers.
  • Component Preparation: Sand, deburr, and clean parts before final assembly.
  • Assembly Assistance: Hold or secure parts during assembly as instructed.
  • Quality Support: Conduct visual inspections and report visible defects.
  • Workspace Maintenance: Keep the area clean, remove waste, and maintain organization.
  • Tool Use: Handle simple tools safely under supervision.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow PPE protocols and ensure safe tool/material handling.
  • Documentation: Record tasks and material usage as instructed; report progress/issues.

Qualifications

✅ Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

✅ Experience

  • Required: 1–2 years in an assembly or production environment.

Job Competencies

Technical Competencies

  • Ability to follow instructions and support a production team.
  • Basic hand-eye coordination and tool handling.
  • Attention to detail in quality and safety.

Core Competencies

  • Basic knowledge of assembly practices and safety in manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with material handling and tool use.

Skills

  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel) are a plus.

Special Requirements

  • Physically able to perform manual labor tasks (lifting, standing, bending).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as needed.

  • تحضير المكونات: تنفيذ مهام مثل الصنفرة أو إزالة الزوائد أو تنظيف القطع.
  • مساعدة في التجميع: تثبيت أو تأمين الأجزاء أثناء عملية التجميع وفق التعليمات.
  • دعم الجودة: إجراء فحوصات بصرية للأجزاء والإبلاغ عن العيوب الظاهرة.
  • تنظيم مكان العمل: الحفاظ على نظافة منطقة التجميع والتخلص من المواد الزائدة.
  • استخدام الأدوات: استخدام أدوات يدوية بسيطة بأمان تحت الإشراف.
  • الامتثال للسلامة: الالتزام باستخدام معدات الحماية الشخصية والتعامل الآمن مع الأدوات والمواد.
  • التوثيق والإبلاغ: تسجيل المهام المنفذة واستهلاك المواد وفق تعليمات المشرف، والتواصل بالمستجدات.



المؤهلات المطلوبة

✅ التعليم

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.

✅ الخبرة

  • الحد الأدنى: من سنة إلى سنتين في بيئة إنتاج أو تصنيع.

كفاءات الوظيفة

الكفاءات الفنية

  • القدرة على اتباع التعليمات والعمل ضمن فريق إنتاج.
  • تنسيق بصري ويدوي جيد في التعامل مع المواد والأدوات.
  • الانتباه للتفاصيل في الجوانب المتعلقة بالجودة والسلامة.

الكفاءات الأساسية

  • فهم أساسي لممارسات التجميع ومعايير السلامة الصناعية.
  • معرفة عامة بالتعامل مع المواد واستخدام الأدوات البسيطة.

المهارات

  • إلمام أساسي ببرامج Microsoft Office )وورد، إكسل) ميزة إضافية.


متطلبات خاصة

  • القدرة الجسدية على أداء مهام العمل اليدوي (الرفع، الوقوف، الانحناء)
  • الاستعداد للعمل في أوقات مرنة أو بنظام الورديات حسب الحاجة.
