Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Arabic Language Tutor who will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective online Arabic lessons to students in Saudi Arabia.

The tutor will help students develop strong skills in Arabic grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, comprehension, speaking, and communication, while adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.

The role also involves preparing and adapting lesson materials, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and supporting students in achieving their academic and language-learning goals.

Curriculum & Student Levels

Experience teaching the following will be highly preferred:

• Saudi Arabian / KSA Curriculum
• Arabic Language for primary and secondary students
• International curricula followed in Saudi Arabia
• British / IGCSE / GCSE
• IB
• American Curriculum
• Other international curricula

Availability

Must be available to conduct online classes from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saudi Arabia Time (AST), with a minimum availability of 4 hours per day.

Qualifications

• Fluent Arabic speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge and expertise in Modern Standard Arabic
• Proven experience teaching Arabic Language
• Experience teaching students of different ages and proficiency levels
• Familiarity with the Saudi/KSA education system and curriculum is highly preferred
• Experience with British, IGCSE/GCSE, IB, American, or other international curricula is an advantage
• Strong understanding of Arabic grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, comprehension, pronunciation, and communication
• Experience in lesson planning and developing/adapting teaching materials
• Ability to engage, motivate, and effectively communicate with students online
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and individual student needs
• Familiarity with curriculum, syllabus, and assessment requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Arabic, Education, Linguistics, Islamic Studies, or a related field is preferred
• Teaching qualification or relevant teaching experience is an advantage
• Previous online tutoring/teaching experience is highly desirable
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for conducting online classes
• Proficiency in online teaching platforms and digital tools
• Professionalism, punctuality, and commitment to students' learning outcomes

Pay: ﷼37.00 - ﷼56.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
