Role Summary:

The Health and Safety is responsible for monitoring and enforcing quality standards and occupational health and safety regulations across company facilities and operational sites. This role involves conducting regular inspections, identifying hazards, ensuring compliance with ISO and OSHA standards, and reducing risks to achieve optimal operational quality and a zero-accident workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular and unannounced field inspections to ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Hazard Identification: Identify potential safety hazards, quality defects, and non-compliance issues; document violations and recommend corrective actions.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming materials, equipment, and processes to ensure they meet mandatory quality specifications and ISO requirements.
  • PPE & Equipment Oversight: Ensure all site personnel wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and verify the routine maintenance of safety gear and emergency systems.
  • Incident Investigation: Assist in investigating workplace accidents, near-misses, and non-conformances to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
  • Corrective Actions (CAPA): Track and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Action plans to guarantee resolutions are effective and timely.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly inspection reports detailing non-conformities, safety metrics, and actionable recommendations.
  • Safety Briefings: Deliver regular safety talks (Toolbox Talks) and guide staff on proper safety protocols and quality guidelines.

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
