Job Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective financial controls. The role supports financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, audits, and provides guidance to junior accounting staff.

Responsibilities

  • Manage AR, AP, General Ledger, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
  • Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports, including variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with SOCPA/IFRS, VAT, Zakat, GOSI, and applicable regulations.
  • Manage payroll accounting, including salaries, commissions, deductions, and related reporting.
  • Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, payments, and working capital.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and fixed asset records, including depreciation and reconciliations.
  • Support annual budgeting, financial planning, and budget variance analysis.
  • Maintain and strengthen internal controls, approval processes, and financial procedures.
  • Coordinate with auditors, vendors, clients, banks, and internal stakeholders on financial matters.
  • Ensure compliance with the Delegation of Authority (DoA) and company policies.
  • Support continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems, including ERP/Odoo.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff and keep management informed of key financial matters.

Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of Saudi VAT, Zakat, GOSI, and SOCPA/IFRS.
  • Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and financial accuracy.
  • Strong Excel and ERP/accounting systems proficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Professional qualification such as SOCPA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
  • Experience working with Saudi accounting and tax requirements.

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼14,000.00 per month
