الإشراف المباشر على تنفيذ الأعمال في الموقع حسب المخططات المعتمدة، المواصفات الفنية، تعليمات المهندس، ومتطلبات السلامة والجودة، مع تنظيم العمالة والمعدات والمواد لضمان إنجاز الأعمال في الوقت المحدد وبالجودة المطلوبة.

To directly supervise site works in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, engineer instructions, safety requirements, and quality standards, while coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure timely and proper execution of works.

المهام والمسؤوليات :

• الإشراف اليومي على العمالة والمقاولين الفرعيين في الموقع.
• متابعة تنفيذ الأعمال حسب المخططات المعتمدة والمواصفات الفنية.
• توزيع المهام اليومية على العمال والفنيين والتأكد من إنجازها.
• التنسيق مع مهندسي الموقع، مهندسي الجودة، السلامة، والمقاولين الفرعيين.
• التأكد من توفر المواد والأدوات والمعدات المطلوبة قبل بدء الأعمال.
• متابعة الإنتاجية اليومية ورفع الملاحظات أو العوائق للمهندس المسؤول.
• التأكد من تطبيق تعليمات السلامة واستخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية في الموقع.
• التأكد من جودة الأعمال المنفذة قبل طلب الفحص أو التسليم.
• قراءة وفهم المخططات التنفيذية والتفاصيل الفنية المتعلقة بالتخصص.
• الإبلاغ عن أي تعارضات في المخططات أو مشاكل تنفيذية في الموقع.
• متابعة أعمال الإصلاح وإعادة العمل إن وجدت حسب توجيهات المهندس.
• المحافظة على نظافة وترتيب منطقة العمل.
• دعم تسليم الأعمال للاستشاري أو المالك عند الحاجة.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities, manpower, and subcontractors.
• Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Assign daily tasks to workers and technicians and monitor completion.
• Coordinate with site engineers, QA/QC, safety teams, and subcontractors.
• Ensure required materials, tools, and equipment are available before work starts.
• Monitor daily productivity and report issues or delays to the responsible engineer.
• Ensure compliance with site safety instructions and proper use of PPE.
• Check the quality of completed works before inspection or handover.
• Read and understand shop drawings and technical details related to the discipline.
• Report drawing conflicts, site issues, or execution challenges.
• Follow up on rectification works and rework as instructed.
• Maintain housekeeping and proper organization of work areas.
• Support inspection and handover activities with consultant or client representatives.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة سابقة كفورمان / مراقب موقع في مشاريع مقاولات.
• خبرة في مشاريع بناء، أبراج، مجمعات سكنية، تجارية، أو بنية تحتية حسب التخصص.
• القدرة على قراءة المخططات وفهم تفاصيل التنفيذ.
• معرفة جيدة بتسلسل الأعمال في الموقع.
• القدرة على إدارة العمالة والمقاولين الفرعيين.
• معرفة بمتطلبات السلامة والجودة في مواقع البناء.
• مهارات تواصل وتنسيق جيدة.
• يفضل وجود خبرة مع مقاول رئيسي.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Foreman / Site Supervisor in contracting projects.
• Experience in buildings, towers, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects depending on discipline.
• Ability to read drawings and understand execution details.
• Good knowledge of site work sequence.
• Ability to manage manpower and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of safety and quality requirements on construction sites.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Main contractor experience is preferred.

Pay: Up to ﷼6,000.00 per month
