Job Summary:

Pathways Renewal Counseling & Healthcare Services Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Healthcare Administration to lead healthcare operations, administrative excellence, patient service initiatives, and organizational performance across our counseling and healthcare services network.

This executive leadership role offers an exceptional opportunity to oversee healthcare administration, operational improvement programs, service quality initiatives, and workforce coordination efforts that support outstanding patient experiences and sustainable organizational growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening operational efficiency, enhancing service delivery, and supporting the continued expansion of healthcare services.

What you'll do:

• Lead and oversee healthcare administration, operational management, and patient service functions.
• Develop and implement administrative strategies that improve efficiency, service quality, and organizational performance.
• Collaborate with clinical, counseling, and leadership teams to support healthcare objectives.
• Monitor operational performance metrics, patient satisfaction indicators, and service outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and service delivery.
• Support workforce planning, resource management, and administrative process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, organizational policies, and operational requirements.
• Manage budgets, strategic projects, and healthcare administration programs.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, service providers, and stakeholders.
• Prepare executive reports, operational analyses, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

• Experience in healthcare administration, healthcare operations, counseling services management, patient services, healthcare management, or related fields.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to oversee multiple teams, programs, and operational priorities.
• Understanding of healthcare service delivery, patient support, and administrative operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with performance metrics, operational reporting, and service improvement initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Pay: ﷼32,000.00 - ﷼55,000.00 per month
