Job Title: Sales Associate – Fintech / Financial Solutions

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Riyadh. The candidate will be responsible for understanding our product offerings and connecting with financial institutions to identify their challenges and propose suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gain strong understanding of Stitch’s products, features, and value propositions.

Reach out to banks, fintechs, and financial institutions to introduce our solutions.

Understand customer pain points, business needs, and technical requirements.

Prepare and present product demos, proposals, and solution recommendations.

Maintain strong client relationships to drive business opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-sales / Product / Marketing) to support customer requirements.

Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Good understanding of the financial domain (payments, cards, lending, banking) is an advantage.

Ability to learn product features quickly and explain them to customers.

Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented mindset.

Arabic speaking candidates preferred; English proficiency required.

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month
