نبحث عن قائد فريق توصيل مسؤول ومتحمس للانضمام إلى فريق العمليات لدينا. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح المثالي خبرة واسعة في عمليات التوصيل، وقدرة على قيادة وإدارة فريق التوصيل بكفاءة.

المسؤوليات الوظيفية:

قيادة فريق التوصيل والإشراف عليه ومتابعة أدائه اليومي.

ضمان تحقيق أهداف التسليم عند الاستلام ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للمحطة.

قيادة فريق التوصيل والإشراف عليه ومتابعة أدائه اليومي.

ضمان تحقيق أهداف التسليم عند الاستلام ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للمحطة. مراقبة حضور مندوبي التوصيل، وتحديد مساراتهم، وجودة التسليم.

تقديم التدريب والتوجيه والدعم لتحسين الأداء.

إدارة تخطيط عمليات الإرسال، وإدارة الوقت، والإنتاجية.

التعامل مع التصعيدات والتنسيق مع الإدارة لحل المشكلات.

ضمان التزام مندوبي التوصيل بسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها ومعايير الثقافة السعودية.

المتطلبات:

الحد الأدنى للمؤهلات: شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.

خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في عمليات التوصيل/الخدمات اللوجستية (إلزامي).

مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغات الإنجليزية والعربية والأردية.

مهارات قيادية وإشرافية وإدارية متميزة.

معرفة واسعة بمهام وظيفة مندوب التوصيل والتوصيل النهائي.

التركيز على النتائج، وإدارة الوقت بكفاءة، ومهارات حل المشكلات.

We are seeking a responsible, motivated Couriers Team Leader to join our operations team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in courier operations and the ability to lead and manage a courier team effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and follow up with couriers on daily performance

Ensure achievement of COD delivery targets and overall station KPIs.

Monitor courier attendance, routing, and delivery quality

Provide training, coaching, and support to improve performance

Manage dispatch planning, time management, and productivity

Handle escalations and coordinate with management for issue resolution

Ensure couriers follow company policies, procedures, and Saudi culture norms

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Intermediate / 12+ Education

At least 2 years of experience in courier/logistics operations (mandatory)

Strong communication skills in English, Arabic, and Urdu

Excellent leadership, supervision, and team-management skills

Strong knowledge of courier job functions and last-mile delivery

Result-oriented, good time management, and problem-solving skills
